When a school or organization licenses the LiFT Platform, we ask for certain personal information about the school or organization and all authorized users, which may include, but is not limited to:

  • School name and location;
  • Class rosters and grade level;
  • First and last name;
  • Email address;

  • Teacher subject matter and job title or position within the School.

Additionally, LiFT collects and stores assignments, classroom content, teacher-student communications, photos, images, video and any other content an authorized user voluntarily posts on the platform and in his/her personal portfolio, plus teacher-student communications, evaluations and grades. Information from a third party application may also be shared with and stored in LiFT.

LiFT Learning does not knowingly collect personal information from a student under the age of 18 unless the licensing school or organization has first obtained the written consent of his/her parents or guardian to access the LiFT platform.
